Return Process

Contact our customer service team at support@yinansun.shop to initiate a return
You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item back to us using the provided return label or your preferred carrier
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or product of equal value. To request an exchange, contact us at support@yinansun.shop. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items: we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
For all other returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return
